Balance & Coordination
Fitness-based class focused on members improving their body awareness and fall prevention through different levels of balance training.
Participants have a moment by moment awareness of their thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment.
During this class, members use the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Computer Based Cognitive Training
Interactive program that features computer-based exercises for cognitive stimulation.
